Islamic Relief SA wishes to appoint a Service Provider to take on a significant responsibility for supplying, packaging and delivering of pre-Ramadaan food parcels in the following areas; Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg.
The Service Provider should be flexible in terms of quantity as the final tally will be determined at a later date. The current estimate is as follows:
Cape Town
1 500 food parcels per region
Durban
1 500 food parcels per region
Johannesburg
1 500 food parcels per region
The primary objective of the Ramadaan food parcel campaign is to assist needy families with food parcels for the month of Ramadaan.
Full delivery of the consignment is expected to take place per SLA arrangement to reach specified destinations not later than 24th March 2022.
We call for potential suppliers to submit Hard Copy Tender Applications for the respective regions to be submitted via registered mail or hand delivered on or by 28th February 2022 at 12h00 (SA Time).
Your submissions will be screened accordingly and Islamic Relief South Africa will revert back to you shortly after a Service Provider is selected by the Bid Evaluation Committee.
