This winter, help a person in need because with your help, we can save lives.

As temperatures fall across the country, we’re already digging out our blankets and tucking into hearty home-cooked meals at home.

Millions of vulnerable men, women and children – living in informal settlements or on the streets – are facing a very different reality compared to ours filled with warmth.

Islamic Relief is doing its utmost to ease their burdens because for many people, winter is a difficult time.

Temperatures fall well below freezing, and howling winds, snowy blizzards, and torrential rain can make it difficult to stay warm and dry. With only a tent or makeshift housing over their heads, once cold, it is almost impossible for people to get properly warm again.

Many homeless will face harsh conditions, and for those most vulnerable, it will be a struggle to survive the winter.

How can you help?

  • Sanitary pack – R100
  • Food pack and blanket – R500

Islamic Relief aims to share its warmth with thousands of people facing some of the harshest conditions  by delivering items that are most needed.

How has Covid19 impacted?

Covid-19 has increased the number of people left out in the cold this winter, without any substantial shelter.

Help them survive the winter. Make a difference and keep another human being safe from the freezing cold.

With your continued support, we can reach the most vulnerable this winter.

With your help, we can save lives.
