1. The promoter is: Islamic Relief SA. Registered NPO No. number 2004/025107/08. Registered Office Address: 396 Imam Haron Road, Lansdowne, Cape Town, 7780.
  2. You must be aged 18 or above to take part in challenge.
  3. Registration fees contribute towards associated costs of organising the challenge as listed within the specific challenge page and information pack; all other costs will need to be cover by the participant.
  4. Islamic Relief is not responsible for any inaccurate details supplied to Islamic Relief or participants by any third party connected to the challenge events.
  5. Deposits and registration fees paid for a challenge are non-refundable.
  6. Any donations made to a fundraising page are directly allocated to the relevant fund therefore cannot be refunded.
  7. Dates set as deadlines (such a registration deadline and fundraising deadline) are final. If these deadlines are not met, it may result in the participant being taken off the challenge.
  8. By signing up for a challenge and paying a registration fee, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  9. Challenge participant agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the participant or any other entrants will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  10. In the case of a challenge being cancelled or any major changes not in Islamic Relief’s control, the participant will be informed as soon as possible.
  11. In these terms & conditions, ‘Participant(s)’ refers to the person that intends to register onto a challenge or has registered to a challenge.
  12. In these terms & conditions, ‘Challenge(s)’ refers to the fundraising challenge events listed on the Islamic Relief SA website on www.islamic-relief.org.za/events/
