Islamic Relief SA wishes to appoint a Service Provider to take on a significant responsibility for supplying, packaging and delivering of Covid 19 food hampers in the greater Cape Town region.
The primary objective of the food hamper campaign is to assist needy families with food parcels during the Covid 19 pandemic

The Service Provider should be flexible in terms of quantity of food hampers needed as the final tally will be determined at a later date.
The current estimate is as follows: An estimated 25 000 food parcels (approximately 2000 hampers on a monthly basis over a period of a year) are required for our Cape Town office.

Full delivery of the consignment is expected to take place per SLA arrangement to reach specified destinations on the timelines stipulated in the Proposal. The first consignment will be due on 25 th March 2021.

Please submit Tender Application as stipulated in the Proposal to Farahneez Hassiem on or by Friday, 26 February 2021, at 12h00 (SA Time)

Your Tender application will be screened by the Bid Evaluation Committee and Islamic Relief South Africa will revert back to you shortly thereafter, with the outcome of the selection for the preferred Service Provider.
