Terms and conditions
This is a subscription service. You will be charged £3, plus one message at your standard network rate in the first month, and £3 a month thereafter with the option to skip donations if you wish. Islamic Relief receives 100% of donations made. To unsubscribe, text STOP to 70300.
Viewing online content via a mobile phone may incur data charges with some mobile contracts. Texting SKIP or STOP will be charged at your standard network rate.
We’d like to contact you with news and information about other campaigns, but if you’d rather we did not contact you again then include the words NO INFO at the end of your message e.g. SMALL NO INFO.

What if my mobile is turned off?
The payment will not be processed. The UK networks will try for five days and if the message is no delivered then no money will leave your phone this month. We will then try again next month as usual.
How much of my £3 donation does Islamic Relief receive?
Islamic Relief receives 100% of your donation.
Sometimes you send a link. Does this cost me money?
Sometimes we’ll send you a link to our website that we think you might be interested in. The cost of data will be charged at you normal contract rate.
What happens if I’m abroad?

How can I SKIP a month’s donation?
You can reply to the text you receive with the word ‘SKIP’. This will mean that £3 will not be taken from your phone this month and we’ll contact you again next month.
How can I STOP giving?
Reply with the word ‘STOP’ at any time and your subscription to Islamic Relief will stop. You can start again at any time by texting ‘SMALL’ to 70300
What will you do with my data?
We do not share your data with anyone. Islamic Relief will send you a monthly text message asking if you would like to ‘SKIP’ you donation and from time to time we may get in touch by text or telephone to ask for feedback or for about additional fundraising opportunities.
You can opt out of these additional communications by calling us. Or emailing us. Please do let us know your mobile number so we can ensure communications to you are what you want to get from us.
I want to give more than £3 a month?
You can set up a Direct Debit at any time for any monthly amount you would like. If you already have a text regular gift set up please let us know so we can ensure it’s cancelled straight away.
