Join us for some fun in the sun in Cape Town while not forgetting the people of Gaza. The hike is an out-and-back route from Constantia Nek to the five historic dams on the top of Table Mountain.. It’s all uphill to the top of Table Mountain but the trail is very easy and uncomplicated. The path continues up along the concrete forestry road and winds it way gently up the mountain
offering views over Cecelia Forest, The Cape Flats, False bay and Hout Bay. The entire trail is under
10km and is rated easy to slightly moderate and is suitable for the family and people with a reasonable
amount of fitness. The group will try and maintain a gentle pace with periodic stops ensuring that all
participants are fairing well. The halfway mark and turn around point is at the De Villiers Dam, where we’ll
have an extended stop to cool off and rest before making our way back to the parking area.
Looking forward to seeing you all there!
